Methodology
FIN INFOCOM adopts bespoke project development methodologies that are appropriate to the specific requirements of a project. However, we accommodate salient features of SDLC and PRINCE2 methodologies that are relevant to the project under development.
The whole project plan is divided into manageable tasks which are carried out in a controlled and organized way. These tasks are then integrated to achieve the ultimate goals of the project. We have definite procedures to coordinate operations and personnel involved in a project.
Our project development methodology creates a common perspective, provides a common language and sets a common goal among all the participants of the project. The diverse management duties and roles involved in a project are specified and adapted to fit the complexity of the project.
Once the project is developed its components and programs are obtained and installed. Users of the system are trained in its use, and all aspects of performance are tested. Adjustments are made at this stage, if necessary.
Once the project is up and running for a while, it is thoroughly evaluated. Maintenance is kept up rigorously at all times. Users of the system are kept up-to-date concerning the latest modifications and procedures. |
