Role: Customer Success Executive
Location: Nagole, Hyderabad
Timings: UK Shifts (2pm - 10pm) - No cab facility
CTC: Upto 3.6LPA

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Success Executive with 0–2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role focuses on building long-term customer relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, and acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers and guide them through product/service setup and usage

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and support requests

  • Maintain regular communication with customers via calls, emails, and meetings

  • Understand customer needs and ensure timely resolution of issues by coordinating with internal teams

  • Track customer interactions, feedback, and success metrics

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention

  • Educate customers on product features, updates, and best practices

  • Prepare and maintain customer reports and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0–2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or a similar role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace

  • Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks effectively

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in SaaS or service-based industries

  • Familiarity with customer success tools and processes
