Role: Customer Success Executive
Location: Nagole, Hyderabad
Timings: UK Shifts (2pm - 10pm) - No cab facility
CTC: Upto 3.6LPA
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Success Executive with 0–2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role focuses on building long-term customer relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, and acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard new customers and guide them through product/service setup and usage
Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and support requests
Maintain regular communication with customers via calls, emails, and meetings
Understand customer needs and ensure timely resolution of issues by coordinating with internal teams
Track customer interactions, feedback, and success metrics
Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Educate customers on product features, updates, and best practices
Prepare and maintain customer reports and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
0–2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace
Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks effectively
Preferred Skills
Experience in SaaS or service-based industries
Familiarity with customer success tools and processes
