Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies, along with a keen interest in working with AI tools and prompt engineering to enhance development productivity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications across the full stack.
  
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  
  

• Integrate and utilize AI tools to automate tasks and enhance application features.
  
  

• Craft effective and optimized prompts for AI models (e.g., GPT-based tools) to support internal workflows or customer-facing solutions.
  
  

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
  
  

• Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications.
  
  

• Conduct code reviews and follow best practices in software development.
  
  

• Stay up to date with emerging trends in web development and AI technologies.
  
  

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
  
  

• Proficiency in:
  
  

• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React / Angular / Vue.js
  
  

• Backend: Node.js / Python / Java / PHP (based on project stack)
  
  

• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
  
  

• Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar) and understanding of prompt engineering.
  
  

• Ability to create and fine-tune prompts for improving coding productivity or integrating AI features into applications.
  
  

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and cloud deployment.
  
  

• Knowledge of containerization and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
  
  

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS).
  
  

• Experience with testing tools (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.).
  
  

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
  

• Experience working on AI-driven or data-heavy applications.
  
  

• Contributions to open-source or personal AI/web projects are a plus.
