We are seeking an experienced IT Support & Network Administrator to manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring secure, stable, and high-performance systems. The role involves handling network connectivity, firewall and security management, end-user hardware support, and server administration. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining surveillance systems, managing employee monitoring tools, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Network & Internet Management

• Manage and monitor office network infrastructure to ensure seamless internet connectivity for employees.

• Troubleshoot network-related issues and ensure minimal downtime.

• Coordinate with ISP for escalations and connectivity issues.

Firewall & Security Management (SonicWall)

• Configure and manage SonicWall firewall for:

• Load balancing

• Website filtering and internet access restrictions

• VPN user management

• Monitor firewall logs and security events.

• Coordinate with vendor support for advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Hardware & End-User Support

• Troubleshoot desktops and laptops for hardware and software issues.

• Perform hardware replacements (RAM, SSD, motherboard components, etc.).

• Provide timely technical support to employees.

CCTV & Surveillance Management

• Monitor and maintain CCTV systems and camera devices.

• Troubleshoot camera connectivity issues and fix loose wiring or hardware problems.

• Ensure continuous surveillance system functionality.

TimeChamp Monitoring & Reporting

• Configure and manage TimeChamp (Employee Attendance & Monitoring Software).

• Generate and analyze attendance and activity reports.

• Coordinate with customer support for issue resolution.

• Ensure proper monitoring and reporting processes are maintained.

Active Directory & Server Management

• Manage basic Active Directory (AD), DNS, and Group Policy (GPO).

• Administer two virtual cloud servers for employee virtual desktops.

• Troubleshoot remote virtual machine issues and server-side configurations.

• Coordinate with server provider for hardware-related or infrastructure issues.

• Manage and maintain in-house virtual servers.

Virtualization & Hyper-V Administration

• Monitor and manage Hyper-V environment on Windows Server 2022.

• Create, configure, and maintain virtual machines.

• Monitor CPU, RAM, and storage allocation.

• Troubleshoot virtualization performance issues.

• Ensure optimal performance and uptime of virtual infrastructure.
