Project Manager

As an IT Project Lead will be working with a team of software developers, designers and aim towards completing the complete on required timelines at required quality.  Project Manager should have the ability to handle multiple projects depending on the project sizes.

Experience: 5 + years  ( It is mandatory to have minimum programming experience)

Skills required:

• Min 3+ yrs of programming work experience  in PHP or Python Projects

• Expertise in Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Scope Documentation, Other project documentations

• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility, and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

• The project coordinator should make the project planning and communicate with the team, allocating tasks and setting the milestones. 

• Monitoring team performance to ensure that goals and objectives are being kept 

• Need Effective communication, Active listening, Prioritization and Problem Solving skills

• Coordinate with customer for all the requirements collate the inputs and work towards fulfillments 

•  Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Foster a collaborative environment and promote continuous improvement within the team.

• Understanding in HTML5, JAVA Script, Ajax, XML, Web services, PHP, JAVA, MySQL etc

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Experience working on wide range of software projects small & big

• A strong understanding of the agile methodology and ability to take on scrum lead roles.

• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of shot and long term goals. 

• Gooding Communication & documentation skills

• Working experience in understanding and developing the flow charts, wire frames

• Experience in explaining the project requirement to the team member and preparing the project milestone.

• identify the risk scenarios and plan the database design and coding standards 

• Good knowledge on Application Performance, Quality & Security

• Good knowledge on Application and Database architecture

• Good Analytical & Self Learning skills

Additional requirements:

• Good knowledge on Git repository and jenkins
