We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to join our SaaS sales team. This role focuses on connecting with potential clients through cold calling and structured outreach via HubSpot, engaging them to understand their needs, and converting them into paying customers. (Note: This is not a lead-generation role — all leads will be provided.)
Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls to assigned leads using HubSpot CRM.
Engage prospects to understand business requirements and explain product features and benefits.
Schedule product demos and coordinate with the Sales/Onboarding team.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions and sales progress in HubSpot.
Achieve or exceed monthly conversion and revenue targets.
Build strong rapport and deliver a professional customer experience.
Provide regular feedback on call performance and customer responses to the team.
6months to 1 years of experience in telesales / inside sales (preferably SaaS or tech-based).
Excellent verbal communication (Telugu , Hindi and English) and persuasion skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections professionally.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM or similar tools.
Ability to work independently with strong time management and target focus.
Prior experience selling software, tech solutions, or subscription-based services.
Understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle.
