We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Semi Voice Process Executives to join our Support team. The ideal candidate will handle a mix of voice and non-voice (chat/email) interactions, ensuring excellent customer support and resolution in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, and emails.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.
Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up on pending issues to ensure timely closure.
Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department when required.
Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed defined KPIs (First Call Resolution, AHT, CSAT, etc.).
Education: 10+2 or Any Graduate.
Experience: Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English .
Typing speed of 30+ WPM with good accuracy.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
Ability to handle pressure and remain calm during difficult situations.
Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
Adaptability and willingness to learn.
Shift: Rotational shifts (including weekends, with 2 weekly offs).
