About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Semi Voice Process Executives to join our  Support team. The ideal candidate will handle a mix of voice and non-voice (chat/email) interactions, ensuring excellent customer support and resolution in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, and emails.

  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.

  • Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Follow up on pending issues to ensure timely closure.

  • Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department when required.

  • Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Meet or exceed defined KPIs (First Call Resolution, AHT, CSAT, etc.).

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: 10+2 or Any Graduate.

  • Experience:  Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English .

  • Typing speed of 30+ WPM with good accuracy.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
