Job Title: Technical Support Executive – International Voice Process
Location: FinInfocom, Nagole, Hyderabad
Shift: Rotational Shifts (including night shifts)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Technical Support Executives to join our International Voice Process team at FinInfocom, Nagole. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting international customers with technical issues, troubleshooting, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle  international customer calls and provide timely technical support.

  • Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network-related issues.

  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions in a clear and professional manner.

  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical teams when required.

  • Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and issues in the system.

  • Meet performance targets including quality, customer satisfaction, and call handling metrics.

  • Adapt to a 24/7 rotational shift schedule including night shifts and weekends.

Requirements

  • Education: Any Graduate (Freshers or Experienced).

  • Experience: 0–3 years in International Voice / Technical Support process preferred.

  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.

  • Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, and common technical issues.

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.

  • Customer-focused attitude with patience and empathy.
